Truck Drivers
We're looking for experienced truck drivers to support our civil construction crews across Central Otago. You'll be responsible for transporting machinery, materials, and equipment safely while working closely with our site teams.
You'll need:
Class 2, 4 or 5 licence (depending on the role)
Civil construction experience preferred
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
A commitment to safety and quality
Machine Operators
If you're confident operating excavators and other civil machinery, we'd love to hear from you. You'll work across a range of civil construction projects, delivering quality work while maintaining a safe and efficient site.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on on site, working closely with crews and management, and helping deliver quality civil projects from the ground up.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting the delivery of civil construction projects on site
Reading plans, specifications, and ensuring work is delivered to design
Assisting with set out, QA, and project documentation
Coordinating with foremen, crews, and management
Monitoring progress, safety, and quality on site
Helping keep projects running on time and to a high standard
What you’ll bring
Around 3+ years’ experience in civil construction or infrastructure
Civil Engineering qualification
Strong understanding of site processes and construction practices
